If you are a sled-head and want to see top-of-the-line sleds perform at full-capacity, then the Big Iron Shootout 2006 is the event to attend.

Held annually in sledder's haven, Revelstoke, B.C., the event features four areas on Boulder Mountain—Super Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Bull Pen and Turbo—where the Hill Cross and World Class Hill Climb competitions take place. Ten teams of eleven riders each will compete in the most extreme event Revelstoke has to offer. Video Companies, including Roops of Hazard, Alticity, Thunderstruck, Team Extreme, Steve TV and Mountain Mod Mania will be present. Polaris, Ski-Doo, Yamaha and Arctic Cat manufacturers will be at the event, along with horsepower and chassy builders.

With so much nitros packed onto one mountain, this is gearing up to be a high intensity event, so enter at your own risk!
